We specialize for the severe frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) with very limited ROM (Range of motion). Will take MRI for the accurate diagnosis then provide manipulation under anesthesia after regional nerve block and joint injection to minimize procedure related pain. IV sedation maybe required in case of severe needle phobia or procedure related anxiety. ESWT shock wave therapy will provide additional benefit for fast recovery. Very good symptom relief with full range of motion right after the 1st day of treatment and will take additional 5 days of daily stretching exercise for full recovery in majority of cases.
